Soft Pretzel Bites Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Slice pretzel bites in half.

In a bowl, add eggs, and whisk. Add heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and whisk together. Add in the pretzel bites and mix until fully coated.

In a baking dish, add the pretzels evenly, place in the oven, and bake for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, add in butter and cream cheese and mix with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes to start the icing. Slowly add in powdered sugar bits at a time to ensure proper mixing. Add in the heavy cream and mix until desired consistency.

When it is done in the oven, take it out and add the icing evenly on top of the soft pretzel bites casserole.
