Mortadella Sliders Recipe

Cooked mortadella sandwiched in between King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While it is preheating, take out the King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls Pack and slice them in half to form the top and bottom sliders.
Melt 2 TBSP of butter in a bowl with 1/2 TSP of SPG Rub. Brush the butter on top of the slider buns and place in the oven for 6 minutes.
Next, preheat a large pan to medium heat. Stack 3 slices of mortadella on top of each other until you have 8 stacks of mortadella.
Place the 3 slice stacks of mortadella in the pan (do 2-4 stacks at a time so you don't crowd the pan). Flip them after 1-2 minutes and immediately add cheese to the tops of them.
Flip the one stack of mortadella onto the other and let the cheese melt for 1 minute. Repeat this process with the next batch and you are done.
Assemble the mortadella sliders by placing the cooked mortadella on the sliders bottom portion. You should have four total stacks of mortadella when done and place them in each quadrant of the bottom section of the sliders.
Slice into sliders and serve immediately.
