Roast Potatoes Recipe

Cubed potatoes roasted in the oven with oil to crisp it up
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Add the potatoes to a pot with cold water and add 2 big pinches of salt.
Put on the stove at medium-high heat and cook for about 10-12 minutes until fork tender.
Drain the water and add the potatoes back into the pot for 3-5 minutes with the lid on to steam.
While the potatoes are steaming, grab a baking dish and cover the bottom with oil and place in the oven to heat up.
Once heated, add the potatoes to it and place in the oven for 50 minutes. Flip after 30 minutes goes by.
Take the potatoes out and place them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss to coat and enjoy.
