Delicious Sweet and Sour Chicken with peppers and onions

Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel and slice into bite size pieces. Add to a bowl.
Add soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, and mix. Then, add the corn starch and mix.
Grab a separate bowl for the sauce. Add ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder.
Preheat a pan to medium heat. Once preheated, add oil to the pan, followed by the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Be sure to flip halfway through to ensure it is fully cooked. Set aside when done.
After the chicken is done, add in the onions and cook for two minutes. Then, add in the peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Set aside when done.
Add the sauce from earlier and stir. Add in the 1/4 water/corn starch slurry and stir until thickened. Add the chicken, peppers, and onions and toss to coat in the sauce.
Top it off with sesame seeds and enjoy.
