A classic BLT sandwich with chicken thighs and provolone cheese

What you need

1 head lettuce

1 tomato
1 fl oz oil

1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce

2 tsp chipotle chili powder

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 sub roll
2 slice provolone

2 tsp table salt

2 tsp paprika

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp black pepper

2 bacon

1 fl oz salt
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add bacon to a baking sheet and place in the oven until preferred doneness. 1 Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, chipotle chili powder, and oil. 2 Preheat a pan to medium heat. Add oil and place the chicken in the pan. Cook for 6 minutes a side. Set aside when done. 3 Slice the sub roll in half and spread butter on both sides. Toast it in a pan until golden brown. 4 In a small bowl, mix mayo and sriracha to make the spicy mayo sauce. 5 Spread the spicy mayo sauce on the toasted sub roll. 6 Add the bacon, then chicken, then the cheese. Place in the oven on a wired rack on broil for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. 7 Place the lettuce and sliced tomato and top bun and enjoy.View original recipe
