1 bunch green onion

6 tbsp soy sauce

10 oz flank steak
2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 ramen noodles

2 clove garlic clove

1 tsp red pepper flake

2 tsp fresh ginger

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1 Slice the flank steak against the grain in thin strips. Place in a bowl and add Soy Sauce, Black pepper, and corn starch. 2 This recipe cooks fast so prep and mince the garlic, ginger, and green onions. 3 Add soy sauce to a bowl, with rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes, and a splash of water for the sauce. 4 Fill a pot with water to boil. 5 Preheat a pan to medium-high heat. Add oil to the pan, and place the steak in. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side and set aside. 6 Lower the heat to low-medium. Add in the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir, make sure to scrape up all the bits on the pan to ensure max flavor. 7 Cook for 2-3 minutes then add in the honey. Add in the corn starch slurry and whisk. Set some of the sauce aside for the ramen. 8 Add in the steak and coat every piece in the sauce. Set aside. 9 Place the ramen in the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Add the ramen to the sauce and toss to coat. Add more red pepper flakes if needed. 10 Plate it by adding a layer of ramen to the bowl, then the steak on top with green onions and sesame seeds.
