What you need

1 tsp salt & pepper

1 bunch fresh parsley

4 clove garlic clove

2 strip steak

½ orange bell pepper

½ red bell pepper

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1 italian loaf
8 slice provolone

1 onion

½ yellow bell pepper
Instructions
1 Slice an onion and the bell peppers. Preheat a pan to medium heat. Add oil to the pan and the onions. Add a pinch of salt to the onions and stir occasionally. Lower the heat to low after a few minutes. Once softened, add the bell peppers, cook for 20 minutes and stir occasionally. 2 Slice the strip steaks into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Preheat a pan to medium-high heat. Add oil to the pan and place the steak in the heated pan. 3 Cook for 3-4 minutes and add the garlic and butter with about 1 minute left so the garlic does not burn. Be sure to mix everything together to coat the steak in the garlic and butter. Set aside. 4 Slice the Italian Loaf to form a boat. Take out some of the bread to fit ingredients. Add the peppers and onions to the bottom, then the steak bites. 5 Finally, add the cheese on top and place on a baking sheet. Place it in the oven on broil and broil for 3 minutes or until melted. Be careful as every broiler is different and it is very quick, so keep an eye on it. 6 Slice into 4 and garnish with parsley.View original recipe
