What you need

1 oz sesame seed

1 bunch green onion

2 clove garlic clove

1 tbsp table salt

2 tsp cayenne pepper

3 tbsp water

2 ramen noodles

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp red pepper flake

3 chicken thigh

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

2 tsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
0 Start by seasoning your chicken thighs. Combine the salt, black pepper, cajun rub, cayenne, and paprika and coat both sides of the chicken evenly. You want a nice, even layer of seasoning on every thigh. 1 Heat some oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add your chicken thighs and cook them for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through. You want a nice sear on the outside — that is where the flavor lives. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan and set aside. Let it rest for a minute before slicing. 2 In the same pan, lower the heat to medium and add your minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to a minute. You do not want to burn the garlic, so keep it moving. Now add the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and honey. Stir everything together and let the sauce simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens up slightly. It should be glossy and sticky — that is what you are looking for. 3 While the sauce is coming together, cook your ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and discard the seasoning packets. You are building your own flavor here, you do not need those. 4 Slice your chicken thighs and toss them back into the sauce to coat. Serve the chicken on top of the ramen noodles, drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the top, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. 5 Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
