0 servings
What you need
1 fl oz oil

1 onion

1 tbsp table salt

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp paprika
4 slice provolone

1 tbsp cayenne pepper

1 sub roll

1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
0 Slice an onion and bell peppers. Preheat a pan to medium heat. Add oil to the pan and the onions. 1 Add salt to taste and stir the onions. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, then lower the heat to low. 2 Cook for 7-10 more minutes, then add in the bell peppers. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until desired caramelization. 3 While the onions and peppers are cooking, slice the chicken thighs thinly and add them to a bowl. Add oil, salt, cayenne, and paprika and mix well. 4 When the onions are about 10 minutes before being done, preheat a pan to medium-high heat. Add oil to the pan and the chicken when the oil is heated. 5 Let the chicken cook for 2 minutes before touching and then flip and toss with a spatula to ensure every piece gets cooked. Cook for another 2 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees fahrenheit. 6 Add the provolone to the chicken and cut the heat. Add in the bell peppers and onions and mix it until everything is evenly combined. 7 Slice the sub roll and add in the chicken and cut in half. Enjoy.View original recipe
