What you need

½ tbsp salt

½ tbsp black pepper

½ tbsp garlic powder
1 egg

1 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

3 bacon
1 oil
Instructions
0 Slice an onion and preheat a pan to medium heat. Add oil to the pan, add the onions and a dash of salt. Cook for 2 minutes, then lower the heat to low and stir occasionally. 1 While the onions are caramelizing, add the ground beef to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well. Form the ground beef into 6 ounce patties. 2 Add 2-3 pieces of bacon to a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven. 3 Preheat a pan to medium heat. Add a splash of oil to the pan and your 6 ounce patties. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Next, add a knob of butter to the pan and butter baste the burgers for 30 seconds on each side. 4 Add the American Cheese to melt and set aside when done. 5 Optionally toast the buns in the same pan or a new pan. 6 Preheat another pan to medium heat. Add the egg and cook sunny side up. 7 In a small bowl, add the mayo, sriracha, black pepper, and mix. 8 Assemble the burger by adding the spread to the bottom bun, then the burger, then the caramelized onions, then the bacon and egg, followed by the top half of the bun and enjoy.View original recipe
