0 servings
What you need
1 fl oz oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp paprika

4 chicken thigh

1 dash black pepper

3 tsp cayenne pepper

1 slider buns

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 clove garlic clove

¼ cup sriracha hot sauce

1 tsp cracked black pepper

¼ cup honey

1 tbsp table salt

¼ cup water
Instructions
1 Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them in a bowl. Season the chicken with salt, cayenne, paprika, and black pepper with oil. 2 Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the slider buns in half and add melted butter with a pinch of salt on top of the sliders. 3 Preheat a pan to medium heat. Once it is preheated, add oil to the pan and place the chicken in the pan. Cook for 6 minutes on each side and set aside when done. 4 In the same pan, add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds on low heat. Add in the soy sauce and water to deglaze the pan. 5 Whisk everything together and add sriracha to the pan. Cook until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Then add honey and whisk. 6 Add the chicken thighs to the pan and spoon the sauce on the chicken and cook for 1 minute on medium heat. Set aside when done. 7 Place the sliders into the oven and toast for 3 minutes. 8 Add mayo, lemon juice, and black pepper to a bowl and mix together. 9 Assemble the sliders by adding the mayo to the bottom portion of the sliders, then the chicken, and the top portion of the sliders. 10 Slice into portions and enjoy.View original recipe
