What you need

2 tbsp table salt

3 tbsp Hot Honey

1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1 fl oz hot sauce

1 cup plain flour

1 dash black pepper

2 tbsp mayonnaise

½ tbsp paprika

4 skinless boneless chicken thighs

1 fl oz frying oil

2 cup buttermilk

1 box hawaiian sweet rolls

1 pinch spice rub
Instructions
0 Mix buttermilk, 1 TBSP salt, and chipotle chili powder in a bowl. Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel and add the chicken and marinate until you lose patience. 1 When your chicken is done marinating, in a separate bowl, add flour, salt, chipotle chili powder, paprika, and mix. 2 Remove the chicken thighs from the buttermilk and dredge them in the flour mixture, making sure to coat them evenly. Repeat this process one more time. 3 Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 325-350°F. Fry the chicken thighs until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes depending on size and thickness of chicken. Remove from the oil and place on a wired rack when done. 4 After placing the chicken in to fry, slice the King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half with a bread knife. Melt butter and add it to the top of the rolls. Sprinkle some salt pepper garlic rub on top and place in a preheated oven (350°F) for 5 minutes and take out when done. 5 In a small bowl, mix together mayo, sriracha, and a dash of black pepper. 6 Add franks hot to a small pot and heat. Add 2 TBSP Butter and turn off the heat. Add 2 TBSP Hot Honey and whisk. 7 Assemble the sliders by spreading the spicy mayo on the bottom half of the sliders, then adding the fried chicken, hot sauce, and the top portion of the rolls. Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!View original recipe
