1 Clean, peel, and chop the potatoes into large cubes. 2 In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the chopped potatoes and cook until fork tender. 3 Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot to steam for 5 minutes. 4 While the potatoes are steaming, heat the butter, heavy cream, rosemary, and garlic cloves in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until it is hot and ready to go (About 5 minutes). 5 Grab a ricer and run the potatoes through it. Get a strainer to collect the rosemary and garlic and pour the infused cream over the potatoes and mash until smooth. Add salt to taste. 6 Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
