What you need
1 fl oz oil

1 oz sesame seed

⅓ cup ketchup
3 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp garlic powder

½ onion

4 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp ginger

1 pinch salt
Instructions
1 Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel and slice into bite size pieces. Add to a bowl. 2 Add soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, and mix. Then, add the corn starch and mix. 3 Grab a separate bowl for the sauce. Add ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder. 4 Preheat a pan to medium heat. Once preheated, add oil to the pan, followed by the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Be sure to flip halfway through to ensure it is fully cooked. Set aside when done. 5 After the chicken is done, add in the onions and cook for two minutes. Then, add in the peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Set aside when done. 6 Add the sauce from earlier and stir. Add in the 1/4 water/corn starch slurry and stir until thickened. Add the chicken, peppers, and onions and toss to coat in the sauce. 7 Top it off with sesame seeds and enjoy.View original recipe
